What's inside
- Copy the whole thing. Paste it into Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or whatever you use.
- Answer out loud if you can. Dictation is faster and the answers come out more honest.
- It asks one question at a time, 26 of them across 6 blocks, and it says 45 to 90 minutes up front. Type SAVE whenever you need to stop and it packs up your progress.
- Then it writes the proposal, and three skeptics attack it: a hostile CFO, an operator who has run this kind of business, and a customer who does not care. You see the attack and the repair, not a cleaned-up version.
- The verdict comes last: GO, FIX FIRST, or NOT YET, with a 90-day plan and the dates you agreed to kill it on. Getting NOT YET before you spend the money is the cheapest result on the list.
